Refund Policy

Domains and vps are a non-refundable product. If a free domain is registered with any hosting plan, then after the cancellation of the hosting plan, a partial refund will be issued(domain cost will be deducted).

If we cannot solve your issue within 72 hours, the refund will be issued on the basis of pro rata with shared and cloud hosting plans only..

If service is canceled by us, in this case, if our internal policy allows us to give you a refund, then a refund will be automatically provided.
